NTD National Trade & Distribution

About NTD National Trade & Distribution

NTD National Trade & Distribution is a company working in the trade and distribution sector in Egypt. Distribution businesses sit between manufacturers, importers and retailers, so they handle a large volume of supplier agreements, product information and logistics paperwork in more than one language.

Why trade and distribution companies need professional translation in Egypt

Distributors represent foreign and local brands, clear goods through customs and supply retailers across the country. That activity typically depends on documents such as:

• Agency and distribution agreements: exclusivity terms, territories and obligations translated with care by our legal translation team.
• Import and customs documents: invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin that often need a certified translation.
• Product labels and catalogues: packaging text and sales material adapted for Egyptian consumers through localization.
• Print-ready marketing files: brochures and price lists laid out in Arabic with our desktop publishing service.

Because distributors often handle many brands at once, consistency matters as much as accuracy. Keeping product names, technical claims and contract terms aligned across hundreds of pages protects the relationship with each principal and helps goods move through customs and onto shelves without avoidable delays or disputes.

What this certificate confirms

In its letter, NTD affirms that Transtec delivered professional, accurate, high-quality translation, kept to the agreed timelines, and showed strong work ethics along with reliable after-sales follow-up. Behind those results is a quality system certified to ISO 9001 and a translation workflow certified to ISO 17100. Every project moves from a qualified translator to an independent reviewing linguist and then to a quality check, so errors are caught before documents go out.
