About Arcon Group
Arcon Group is an Egyptian EPC and construction contractor that began operating in the mid-2000s. Its work spans industrial and energy projects such as oil and gas facilities, petrochemicals, cement and power generation, alongside electrical substations, infrastructure, renewable energy and residential developments across Egypt.
Why EPC contractors need certified translation in Egypt
EPC firms sit between owners, foreign equipment suppliers, consultants and Egyptian authorities, so a single project can generate thousands of pages in Arabic and English. Typical documents include:
- Engineering packages: method statements, drawings notes, equipment datasheets and commissioning procedures, handled through our technical translation service.
- Subcontracts and claims: EPC contracts, variation orders and dispute correspondence that call for precise legal translation.
- Tender and prequalification files: company profiles, financial statements and bid documents prepared with our commercial translation team.
- Official submissions: licences, insurance papers and registration records that require a certified translation accepted by ministries and banks.
On EPC work the same term can appear in a drawing, a contract clause and a test report, so consistency matters as much as accuracy. Transtec builds a project glossary early and shares it across every translator on the file, which helps engineers, lawyers and site supervisors read one coherent set of documents instead of several slightly different versions, even when deliveries are split over months of construction.
What this certificate confirms
Arcon Group’s certificate states that Transtec delivered translation that was professional, accurate and of high quality, met the agreed deadlines, and was supported by responsible work ethics and attentive after-sales service. Those qualities are not accidental: Transtec works to ISO 17100 for translation services and ISO 9001 for quality management, which means every file is assigned to a subject-matter translator, revised by a second linguist and passed through a final quality check before it is released.
